New hats, gloves, and scarves will be provided to the school Resource Officers where we minister who, in turn, distribute them to children as needed. Hats and scarves can be handmade!
New and gently used winter coats will also be provided to the school Resource Officers. Please make sure all gently used coats are freshly washed!
New or gently used warm blankets - this is a great need! A large portion of these kids and their families are living in their cars. Please make sure all gently used blankets are freshly washed. Please no large comforters.
Come with us to deliver Hope Boxes to the children in Kentucky! We visit the schools in the Fall and Spring!
Every penny of your contributions will go for this selfless cause and help give Hope and change the lives of the people of the Appalachians.
Pray for students, teachers, faculty and staff at a specific school! The missionaries also need prayer. We will post a list of specific prayer needs soon!
We have a need for enclosed trailers and people who can help us drive those trailers to Kentucky for the Fall and Spring trips!
Can you or your church make a meal for around 100 people? While away on mission on the Fall and Spring trips, we like to send a frozen meal that can easily be prepared after a long day in a school.
Every child in the schools we visit receives a Hope Box on our Spring trip. In the box are a toothbrush, toothpaste, a pair of socks, pencils, other school supplies, hygiene items and a few small toys!
Hope Blankets are fleece blankets that can be bought or handmade. We like to give these blankets to the children who have a need emotionally and physically. The kids LOVE these and call them "covers"!
We take new Bibles with us to give to the kids! It has been requested by the principals that we bring King James Version (KJV) Bibles. It is the version they can understand the best.
If you have a prom dress you won't be wearing again, consider donating it to our Prom Dress Ministry! We take these dresses into the High Schools and give girls a chance to pick a dress so they can enjoy Prom!
Bakers! We take cookies on the Spring trip and give them to the teachers while we are ministering in the schools! Cookies can be brought to us in Ziploc bags and can be frozen!
